Catalyst Vendor Fair Recap

By Joe Stolz | Oct, 9th 2023

Catalyst Cannabis Co. hosted its first annual cannabis vendor fair on Saturday, October 7th. The event was held at their newest retail location, Catalyst on Spenard, located across from the Lakefront Hotel. This single-day event brought together 13 cannabis brands, cultivators, and manufacturers to connect with the community.

For a first time event, they had an impressive turnout with over 250 visitors throughout the day. What's even more remarkable is that 75% of these attendees were non-industry members, demonstrating the widespread interest in cannabis and the event.

The event started with a bang, witnessing a large rush of attendees when doors opened at 2pm. As the day went on, the crowd settled into a more relaxed pace, allowing for more meaningful interactions between customers and brands. Attendees had the opportunity to ask questions, play games, and win exciting prizes. Enlighten and Lady Gray had spinning wheels for prize giveaways, adding an element of excitement. Choice Extracts provided refreshing drinks that you could enjoy with your new TopHat koozies, or pair them with delicious Halloween-themed cupcakes from the Babycakes food truck.

Thanks to my employer, Catalyst Cannabis, for making this event possible. They hooked up everyone with Babycakes cupcakes and provided the space for this gathering. Shoutout to all the fantastic vendors, as this event wouldn't have been the same without them. Beyond grateful to have shared munchies, knowledge, and a fantastic time with a group of passionate individuals.
