POSITIONS AVAILABLE:

  • Cultivation Tech

    • Plant caretaking, including Watering, Transplanting, Pruning, Staking, and Trellising

    • Moving & Organizing plants within their assigned grow areas and growth phases

    • Hanging harvested plants for the dry flower curing process

    • Preparing and Trimming Dried flower for final packages

    • Filling and organizing the dry-curing areas & freezers with harvested plants

    • General warehouse maintenance

    • All basic cleaning, including cleaning and sanitizing the growing area and grow equipment

    • Other duties assigned by cultivation management

  • Cultivation Manager

    • Establish objectives and track key performance indicators across the organization; ensure continued improvement in all indicators with emphasis on Safety, Quality, Inventory, Cost and Culture.

    • Establish inventory plans and proactively manage inventory to profit plan, driving improved and sustainable processes.

    • Develop and cultivate relationships with key suppliers (internal and external) to ensure high quality relationships, products, and services.

    • Continuously improve operations through alignment with Catalyst goals and a strong focus on driving a Continuous Improvement Culture.

    • Build organizational capability by providing leadership in recruiting, employee development, and communication. Ensure motivation and retention of a high-performance cultivation team.

    • Demonstrate a leadership style that perpetuates the vision of Catalyst

  • Trimmer/Pre-Roll Specialist

    • Process marijuana plants i.e. Trim marijuana buds.

    • Assist in Harvesting of cannabis plants.

    • Assist in Cultivation work such as defoliation, cultivation sanitary practices, waste protocols, etc.

    • Provide other production needs including, but not limited to, rolling pre rolls, labeling products, and packaging edibles & concentrates.

    • Learn and uphold product quality standards.

    • Weigh and record product quantities with precision and accuracy.

    • Appropriately manage Inventory form and records and all materials containing customer & consumer information.

    • Understand AMCO regulations and continue to uphold city & state compliance.

    • Execute daily checklists of tasks with efficiency and precision.

    • Assist in maintaining a safe, clean and professional working environment.

    • Ability to be flexible and occasionally work on special projects outside the scope of this job description.

  • Inventory Manager

    • Ensure the  availability of merchandise by approving contracts of sales for retail products at all store locations.

    • Accurately measure, weigh, and record incoming merchandise per company guidelines. 

    • Oversee inventory at all store locations, ensuring that all products are available for purchase and are in line with company standards and expectations. 

    • Develop a safe, organized and compliant system for the storage, receipt and processing of inventory. 

    • Receive all products for stores using METRC and current POS/ assess quality of product and resolve any quality concerns with vendors. 

    • Oversee product processing projects as needed, ensuring appropriate quantities, accurate weights, quality control, sanitation standards, and proper packaging and labeling are maintained. 

    • Determine and adhere to a strict policy and set of procedures for the disposal of unusable or waste cannabis products in accordance with state and local laws and guidance from local law enforcement. 

    • Oversee accurate product packaging and labeling to meet all local and state labeling requirements. 

    • Oversee and continuously develop efficiency with daily restocking and the introduction of new inventory to the floor. 

    • Facilitate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory counting and tracking; report results to the General Manager. 

    • Schedule and execute inventory audits regularly

    • Minimize shrink by immediately implementing corrective plans after identifying the root cause of the issue. Communicate weekly with leadership to maintain inventory budget and goals. 

    • Ensure inventory policies and procedures are being accurately executed and followed by all employees. Partner to coach and document as needed. 

    • Maintain appropriate levels of supplies, organization, and overall cleanliness of the department and product storage areas. 

    • maintain accurate, organized departmental records; review for accuracy and investigate and resolve any discrepancies. 

    • Maintain accuracy and upkeep of daily METRC needs, records, tags, and negative packages. 

    • Manage performance of inventory team across stores inclusive of ordering oversight and performance appraisals partnering with executive leadership. 

  • Assistant Store Managers

    • Serves customers by training staff and purchasing and displaying products.

    • Trains store staff by reviewing and revising sales training materials, reviewing job performance and coaching needs with retail store manager, and developing and implementing new product training.

    • Evaluates competition by visiting competing stores to gather information about attributes, such as style, quality, presentation, and pricing of competitive merchandise.

    • Attracts customers by originating display ideas, following display suggestions or schedules, constructing or assembling prefabricated display materials, and creating merchandise displays in windows and showcases, and on the sales floor.

    • Promotes sales by demonstrating merchandise and products to customers.

    • Helps customers by providing information, answering questions, obtaining merchandise requested, completing payment transactions, and preparing merchandise for delivery.

    • Prepares sales and customer relations reports by analyzing and categorizing sales information, and identifying and investigating customer complaints and service suggestions.

    • Maintains a safe and clean store environment by developing and publishing evacuation routes, training employees in de-escalation techniques, and determining and documenting locations of potentially dangerous materials.

    • Keeps current inventory records by accurately checking in merchandise 

    • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.

    • Delivers quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

    • Improves professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices

    • Maintains clean and tidy workspace, including supervision of cleaning services

    • Precisely enters payments and receipts in cash reporting log and maintains accurate records

  • Head Inventory Directory

    • Providing exceptional customer service to every Catalyst guest

    • Establish rapport with customers to ascertain their wants and needs and make knowledgeable recommendations based on conversations with customers

    • Accurately process sales transactions through the point of sale system

    • Effectively utilize downtime to maintain inventory levels on the sales floor

    • Effectively utilize downtime to clean and sanitize the sales floor and back of house to create the best experience for Catalyst customers.
